Closed-Loop Cocktail Sessions
Join us for our closed-loop cocktail sessions, where Andy (general manager and cocktail master) will be talking all about zero-waste beverages and showing you behind the scenes of his fermentation lab in Rufus Court.
Andy will be demonstrating how to create delicious drinks using micro-seasonal ingredients with a focus on responsibility to nature and the planet. Brainchild of h y p h a, our plant-based restaurant, kōji is Chester’s first all-natural cocktail and wine bar. Our new drinks lab combines low intervention wines, zero-waste cocktails, craft beer and fermented soft drinks.
These demos, spread across the last two weekends of March, will give our guests a glimpse into high-end drinks using locally sourced flavours, while providing top tips on how to create zero-waste drinks at home.
